- The event is opened by Dr László Mosóczi, under-secretary for transport at the Ministry of National Development.
- The event is greeted and an international outlook is provided by Dr Ledia Lazeri, head of WHO Country Office, Hungary, and Sebastian Belz, secretary general of the European Platform of Transport Sciences.
- The programs and activities of the nationwide event is introduced by József Bíró, president of the Transport Safety Division of KTE

- Handing over the prizes and awards for the Municipality Road Safety Recognition and for the applications under the competition Values of our Transport Culture 2018, including the following categories:
